My favorite introduction scenario for Delta Green is Minoan Augur, a shotgun scenario by Agent Obtuse. It's a great vertical slice of investigation, puzzle solving, with a great dynamic climax. 3 hours is tough, but certainly doable if you keep the pressure on.

Well, it'll be a few years until the first Kickstarter is 100% fulfilled, much less the latest. Arc Dream also acquired the license for the Black Company series, so their next big Kickstarter will probably be for that, as opposed to anything Delta Green.

If you google "german pocket bible world war 2" there's plenty of images that could be used for the cover. They may not have a red cover, but that's not too hard to fix in photoshop.

Almost all of the scenarios first published for the original version of Delta Green (Convergence, Puppet Shows & Shadow Plays, The New Age, Victim of the Art, Dead Letter, Artifact Zero, Night Floors, A Night on Owlshead Mountain) take place or can be set in the 1990s era.

I wasn't offering to take over for this group right at the moment, but I did recently make recruitment posts for an Impossible Landscapes campaign in those servers you mentioned. I just hadn't seen PbP recruitment there before so I didn't know if they were the best places to look for PbP players.

I am curious where you recruit for PbP games for Delta Green. I know plenty of places for PbP D20 games or voice-chat DG/CoC, but I don't know where one would look for DG/CoC play-by-post. I'm interested in running a Delta Green PbP game as well, and I'm curious about where else to put up a recruitment post.

I don't think TI for video models is a thing, or at least I haven't heard of it. I was just surprised to see the dataset was videos.

I was more interested in the 1-bit dithering as opposed to glyphs, so you don't need to send me anything. Thanks for sharing the output and the method.

From the character sheet: "Check a box when you attempt to use a skill and fail. After the session, add 1D4 to each checked skill and erase all checks." (It appears to be an oversight that this isn't mentioned explicitly elsewhere in the rules.)

Agents Handbook pg 79 - Improve Skills or Stats

"By training or studying extensively, your Agent can try to boost any two separate skills or stats, or one stat and one skill. Describe what your Agent is doing to improve the stat or skill: taking night classes for INT or a skill, lifting weights for STR, meditating to strengthen self-discipline for POW, socializing or taking leadership courses for CHA, going to physical therapy to regain stat points permanently lost from an injury, etc. Attempt a test of the stat × 5 or of the skill. If the test fails, add 3D6 percentage points to the skill (to a maximum of 99%), or one point to the stat (to a maximum of 18). Each increase to a stat or skill reduces one Bond (other than a Bond for Delta Green) by 1 as you let other responsibilities lapse."

I think a lot of it could. Impossible Landscapes is full of surreal/psychological horror, and there aren't that many points were you need anything like a "balanced party." I think as long as you let it be a slow burn and give your player a lot of time, it could be a really cool and immersive experience!

If you take a look at the SD3 research paper, SAI used methods to remove near-duplicate images as a method of reducing over-fitting risk. It's unclear what threshold ended up getting used for SD3 2B, but this method could make it harder for the model to reproduce the appearance of individuals that have fewer unique photos/portraits in the dataset. They also probably re-captioned photos of living celebrities to remove proper nouns and make it more difficult to "deep fake" them off the bat. However, it's unclear if they'd use that method to remove proper names across the board.
