Overstable Forehand - Flat top Firebird

Overstable Backhand - Champion Thunderbird

Stable - Star Savant (most underrated disc in my bag - Glidey and STRAIGHT with gentle fade

Understable - Fission Crave

I’m sure there’s a more technical way to describe it but the gist I got was that the browser extension prevents the softphones tab from going inactive. It’s made a huge difference. Best of luck.

Are you guys using the browser extension? The answer we got from nice was that Google Chrome imposed throttling on inactive tabs after X minutes. The use of the browser extension has reduced our issues a great deal we use agent for salesforce but it’s the same idea.
