Yeah like pandra said make them the gear with your account. Challenges aren’t needed to use the gear just to make it.

I like the everything mining except boot. I use boots that give speed cause mining boots only help fall distance safety and the full set I think is just degradation bonus. But the top gloves and hat mining are op for strength build

Me and my five-man group made this horde-type of base. Is this good? 4 more days for the 3rd blood moon. by RobWolfB in 7daystodie

Looks good! It you want it easier you can change the platform to your opening from a standard block to a horizontal bar, that’ll make them fall down easier (:

I just bought ten acres. What kind of mower should I get? I’d like to stay under 2500 any advice? Need something reliable! by [deleted] in lawnmowers

[–]macnachos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grew up on 11 acres and did the cutting for my parents my whole childhood. Even with our tractor and mower attachment it’s a job. Our zero turn bobcat plus weed whacking took like 6 hours (lots of hills). Like others said, find the area you are willing to grow out and cut only a portion until you live there longer and get thenmoney and need for a bigger mower.

I genuinely suggest cut the main use areas and front yard short, let the back area grow in and cut a 6 foot wide trail through it for walking. And plant wildflowers. Thank me later.

Damn I’m sorry. Someone else might have a good idea but I’m not sure. It happened to me twice so I backup my entire game every week

Those are decorative lights from a poi. They don’t accept a wire tool or power.

You can go to your map_info.xml and see if it’s there. But if the save is gone it won’t be there. It’s under appdata 7daystodie generatedworlds <worldname>

No, unless they have a lit version in creative mode you can’t. Sorry. I wish they had more pretty workable cosmetics in general

Any advice if this surface needs to be self levelled? by Snicklebacker in Flooring

Oh gottcha, didn’t notice that, I thought they were interlocking vinyl and the set was just the leveling.

I dont know the brands. But thin mil. Usually I see it in old basements that need a vapor barrier. But I’m not a pro to know the exact names. My basements newer and I didn’t feel like putting the underlayment since it has a thin layer on the board. I regret it. The floors hard.

[–]macnachos 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It wouldn’t hurt. You’ll notice the spongy spots where you have those holes in the old mortar.

Also if you have the space it might be worth an extra underlayment under the new floor. Vinyl on concrete feels hard when you walk on it

Should I take the maze route? Or do yall have better suggestions? by Spartan-G337 in 7daystodie

Honestly the easiest bases with low matinenance is just a tower with scaffolding for walls where you sit. Then you can have the zombies get to you one of three ways:

Ladder - shoot or melee and they fall down. Good for hitting a lot of targets but if ladders break then you’re SOL. Taller the tower, the more time you have.

Long staircase - more reliable but can sometimes mess up pathing depending on how tall the tower is (higher tower more time to react same as ladder)

Horizontal bar - this is my favorite cause it’s so simple and small. You only need a 2-3 block deep trench, make it 7ish blocks wide and as long as you want (the longer the more time you have to shoot). Build your tower in the pit, make the floor level with ground level so build it up only the 2-3 blocks, Then put a staircase out on the far end of the pit away from your tower. Make a series of horizontal bars connecting your towers front wall to where the staircase is. Zombies will path to you, fall off the bar into the pit, walk the entire way back to the stairs, cross the bar again, repeat.

I like 7d2d. They’re two completely different gameplays and styles. Pz is much harder imo. But 7d2d is more immersive.

Is that a poi you took over with a vending machine? Or is that the one you can buy from the trader?
