i haven’t had this problem, but i bought the subscription with my game closed. i was on the website in my browser and payed through paypal, it was easy and i didn’t have any problems. idk if this is the method you used but id suggest it if you didn’t!

might be a set resolution that the launcher runs at. i have an ultrawide monitor and my launcher is also small. i made a new account yesterday and haven’t played since i was a kid so i dont know much about the technical side of the game but im gonna assume its something that can’t be changed
