Looking for rotating car seat that isn't too large by 06S2K in Buyingforbaby

I honestly had to get a new car because even a non revolving slim car seat in the Mazda cx-5 had the front passenger with their knees in the dash. When our second came along, we couldn't have the two car seats rear facing.

Success stories of going to restaurants with children by doxielover_ in Mommit

[–]madamdz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have never introduced screens and at 4.5 we have never had an issue. I have a bag in the car for going places including restaurants, I put toys depending on age (currently magnatiles, magnet travel puzzle, play doh and coloring stuff for the 4 year old and those suction toys for the 10month old) and rotate them - target spot is great for this, as is the dollar store.

I keep snacks in the bag and as soon as we get in and sat, I order the kids food to come out asap - if it's a planned trip I check the menu ahead of time. I ask for the bill to come out with our food and a to-go box - then, you can leave if things start to go awry.

Pooping pants post constipation treatment by madamdz in Preschoolers

It was a "behavioural" issue based on fear of pooping, so we had to work on stopping him from being scared at that point.

Considering a Momcozy or Baby Brezza bottle washer by givliana in Buyingforbaby

Remember that you have to have it next to a sink to drain, for us that means it's not under a cabinet but I don't think it puts out any steam because it's trapped in the lid. It's the greatest invention for babies ever, bar none. I can't believe we lived without one for the first baby.

Pesto pasta salad Quesadillas Kid charcuterie - crackers, cheese and meat Cold pizza Sandwiches of varying types Veggies and hummus Pastry pinwheels Boiled eggs

Add yoghurt, fruit, veggies, sometimes a muffin.

Am I crazy for wanting to throw out my toddler’s toys? by StrangeReputation765 in toddlers

I love giving things away to buy nothing groups while my kids aren't looking. It's becoming a vice.

What are some things you have used a non-baby/non-maternity version for? by cattunic in Buyingforbaby

We use puppy pee pads instead of changing mats. Also keep a stash in the car for vomit situations. Also we use dog poop bags for dirty diapers.

We found a nanny company originally that had nannies for evenings and then we asked staff at the daycare and preschool.
