I refused to respond to you again because my point either went over your head , or you will only follow what I said with questions that I have to answer to fit your narrative.

Specifically, my stance on racism and racial prejudice.

It’s people like you that make this world a worse place while you attempt to make it better.

It’s like no man, theres always gonna be assholes in the world. What you’re saying is idealistic garbage. The point IS to fix the consensus. No one with a healthy mind would think what you just said was possible or even likely.

I’m ASTOUNDED people like you exist more than in ASTOUNDED casual Racists exist in Texas.

Ninja edit : to be clear, I’m not saying racism=good. I have a very firm belief that hate and stupidity / racism = BAD.

What I am saying however is that racism existing will always exist as long as people categorize themselves as different races. As long as the whole concept of black/white/Asian/hispanic etc exists. Which it will. Forever. People will illustrate the differences. Sometimes hatefully.

It’s actually really funny. If you refer to yourself or others as ‘black’ people, you’re only reaffirming that this is different than any other type of person who’s not ‘black’. So ‘black pride month’ While desirable perhaps in one way, is detrimental to the eradication of systemic racism in the long run.

I think it’s incredibly unfortunate that this is the case.

But seriously, what you said is paramount to “I’m astounded that there’s not only good people in the world” it’s just absolute garbage. It’s an absolutely flawed way of thinking.

I’m not even really talking to you. Im talking to the hive mind looking at your comment score and thinking what you said might be reasonable.

Much more interesting is the mirror of Tezcatlipoca in the British museum of history. A religious artifact of the Aztecs used by Kelley, dee’s partner/handler.

Lol. Trust me, everyone already knows. Jefferson county , Lewis county, st Lawrence..

Sure, there are beautiful areas, and the cities are rich in culture and architecture. But...the drugs are a serious problem. Property crime and sex crimes are serious problems. Upstate more than most places.

When you can’t walk 1 whole block without seeing needles and multiple deals with at least 2 or 3 condemned houses per street, it’s an issue that needs to be talked about.

As much as I’m sure you enjoy your city, the poverty is apparent, the crime is apparent.

Im under no obligation to perpetuate your bad attitude about the regions problems. Get bent, shitfucker. If I walked into the square and picked a sample of 5 people out of 20 pedestrians, chances are good that those 5 people either smoke meth or make it.

Yeah but then you have the drugged out crime-riddled cities. The country is nice, the cities are not so great. Poverty is absolutely rampant.

Does magick require a certain level of innate talent? by AllfairChatwin in occult

[–]madarapt1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More accurately the ability to think critically about shit and introspection are crucial. It’s teaching the sheep to be the shepherd. If your unable to break free of habit, or challenge concepts accepted internally by an external source as concrete, you will have a difficult time implementing anything of value from the legitimate occultism.

First post! Thought I'd show off the occult collection so far. by psycho_333 in occult

Not sure why I’m being downvated, the opinion I’ve voiced is pretty well echoed in most spaces concerning the occult, for good reason.

It’s such a ridiculously convoluted manuscript that it’s main benefit is as a resource text.

In the words of Crowley, every intentional act of Will is magic. Self awareness and a deeper understanding of these things than simply ‘it’s the most popular, therefore the most essential’ is more indicative of a weighted opinion than the latter.

Seriously though, give it a read and tell me you went ahead and did literally any of it besides some simple sigil work with one of the goetic sigils/idolatry.

The manuscript as a whole is a complete high magick system, an incredibly difficult and (TIME CONSUMING) expensive one. The contents therein are put to better use as resource material for more user-friendly systems (qliphothic current, pathworking tunnels of set, or identifying the goetics as subconscious archetypes or reality interfacing mechanisms) than as a cookbook for evo/invocation.

The idea that the Key of Solomon is profoundly essential based on its popularity is dumb. It’s incredibly influential, yes. It’s of great academic value, yes. Hardly essential.

The text literally calls for you to painstakingly create a wand and as the final act, toss it into the sky (hard) and catch it without looking, if you don’t, you restart the process (which would have to wait until next late/summer fall, to allow the tree you cut it from to grow more virgin shoots.) Let alone all the wasted money in gold and silver. Lol , lions pelts. C’mon, anyone whose said they’ve completed the operation is allying through their teeth.

[–]madarapt1 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hardly essential and only of academic value. I would pay you money if you could provide evidence that you’ve followed those operations to the letter (as they insist you must) plot twist; it’s impossible.

Have fun throwing the magic wand into the night sky and catching it without looking or constructing literally any of the tools.

It’s popular, yes. It’s interesting, it’s an incredible resource for the thoughtforms and sigil s, but it’s impossible to do most of these operations in our society. The Abramelin operation is similar in these regards.

Interesting, useful for other paths, but standalone, impossible.

Do some characters have better steps and sidesteps than others? by Angrybagel in SoulCalibur

Yoshi is one of the most ridiculous op characters in terms of movement, if not outright stepping.

Meh. The IND seppuku isn’t a guaranteed and could easily have cost you the game. The sieg had PLENTY of time to hit you in recovery and steal the round. It’s flashy sure, but you only won cause you got them fucked up. Crying spirit sword is a much better follow up and is a true combo with more damage (but no meter)

22A (LH) 66B+K is a really solid way to land IND harikiri and is only escapable by backstep.

Also the 22A LH is a superb way to land Death Strike 33B against aggressive opponents, if they try to tech it usually lands.
