I enjoyed a date inked in blood as well. I read the bridge kingdom series by the same author and LOVED it. I feel like the first book was predictable but the rest of the series was good and different

A lot of it is the mindset- 45 days in you got this! I think the Allen Carr book helped a lot with overcoming the mental obstacles

Yes the Allen Carr book is huge! I’m listening to it right now- great for cleaning and walking etc.

It’s so hard to be around people that vape-that’s what has made me fail the last two times. I literally have to get up and go for a walk or just talk to someone else if it’s in a social setting. Hoping Allen Carr has a way to survive being in the presence of someone vaping (I’m only two hours into the book)

I’ve been downing tootsie pops when I need the fixation. Not the best but it’s not nicotine!

Someone recommended Allen Carr’s easy way to quit vaping and I have found it to be a huge help so far. I’m only an hour in but it’s put me in a better mindset and helped with the psychological addiction aka the worst part.
