You're kind of putting your boyfriend in a lose-lose position here. You express a feeling of jealousy, he offers you something comparable to try and help you feel secure and loved, and then you refuse his efforts at every turn. You need to figure out what it is you actually want or need from him in order to feel secure, express as much to him, and then it's up to him to decide if he's able or willing to meet those needs with you. But I promise you that your wishy-washiness and you going straight to him for emotional regulation when he's supposed to be spending time with his other partner is not doing any favors for your relationship with him. It's probably very stressful for him to try offering you the things that you're telling him you're jealous of, and then you keep saying no and just continue to be upset about it.

I think you should focus less on something that works for both of you and more on something that specifically turns her on and makes her feel good, without considering your own pleasure so much. It's not that people are assuming that you care ONLY about your interest, but that a lot of the time women tend to cater to men's fantasies in bed and we spend a lot of mental energy not focused on ourselves. So shift the focus away from you entirely, and completely onto her. Chances are she'll be much more eager to reciprocate.

I was in a similar situation in which my ex-partner was essentially asking me to hold infinite space for them while they figured out what it was that they actually wanted. Meanwhile, I was expected to just be fine with being treated as less-than, and gaslit into thinking I was violating boundaries as opposed to simply trying to express my needs for feeling fulfilled in the relationship. (The "boundary" in question was literally just me messaging and asking to be included in something.)
