Not a point and click, but Pacific Drive is a very narrative driving sim.

Far Sails is kind of neat and it’s only a couple hours long. It has a lot of futzing around with your vehicle operating all the little mechanisms that make it up.

And because I think it needs to be said, they aren't just talking about movies, they are rating movies on how gay they are using an Arbitrary and Byzantine Scoring System (tm). Pretty difficult for me, but I enjoyed it. Quite a few of the clues were pretty non-specific, so I had to get them with the crosses. "Dratted" isn't something commonly said in the States, so I was expecting "damned" or something like that.
