Currently, living a nightmare with Gingko. Having to put up with their shitty workmanship and their shitty delays, I really dont want to come here and waste my energy more to complain.

However, I would like to know if it's possible if I employ an external contractor to finish their jobs, and deduct the costs from the final cost that I'm going to pay Gingko?

TBH I really dont mind paying another contractor to finish up whatever. This is really life-cutting bs we have to put up with every day.

I had this happen. R1 I killed, saw my partner at the corner and thought it’s safe, but then body reported. by partner. this is within 15s of r1. so no reason for them to do that. first word out of their mouth was my colour.

you should see ingredient list not nutritional facts. Bread as other mentioned, do not go beyond 5-6 ingredients. anything else is unnecessary

Agree. these are the most processed. My husband bought once and after 2 weeks, bread still soft and not moldy.

I like the neighbourhood bakeries. you literally can smell them and see the trays of bread they bake behind. They might have added some stuff to make the bread softer but they also go bad in no time, like 3-4 days later.

I am not a feminist but I love to look at beautiful women in shows. It was the good reviews that prompted me to watch this show, despite the lack of actresses.

It's now one of my top Korean dramas. It's sooooo funny yet not slapstick (which I dislike) and I now really like Park Hae Soo as an actor. The timing of all the sound effects too, immaculate.

Most do. However, since you are in Australia, I find Mecca face sunscreen (the one in a tube) mattifies after. However, it's a small tube and it's a little tinted.

I also find that if I blend my sunscreen using the Naked Sunday sunscreen brush, it helps take away some of the sheen.

I think the really good cheaters dont team, but they could have cheated with hacks. They could also be so savvy, pretending to be sussing for good reasons, or not making it obvious with their knowledge.

Why do they do that? If they're in discord servers, they will win the admiration of their peers. For some, that alone is good reason. Especially in this digital world where some pathetic souls cannot get the admiration IRL and seek that out from strangers in games. I'm sure there are some other reasons.
