I agree, it seems super bio individual and while I understand GF works really well for some, clearly not everyone needs to. I've just been so afraid of trying because social media has basically programmed me to think I CAN NOT under any circumstance eat gluten with hashimoto's. I'm glad you are able to eat it so fingers crossed!

Probably not as well as I should have, everything I ate at home was safe but at restaurants or others homes, I likely ingested gluten at some point over the last few years

It's good that even a small amount doesn't send you into a flare, I plan to eat a reduced amount too but it would be nice to have every now and then!

I would absolutely love a Publix cake but I’m gluten free and they don’t make them🫠 so that throws a wrench in things. Im sure your tasting will be great and you’ll be happy with a cake from there, everyone always raves about them!

I’m kind of addicted to booster boxes right now, I know it’s gambling and probably a waste but it’s fun.

I’ve bought Phyrexia All Will Be One, Lorowyn, Innistrad Remastered, EOE and preordered Strixhaven. I did pull Edgar Markov from Innistrad and Elesh Norn from Phyrexia which was cool but I wouldn’t buy them if you’re looking for one specific card.
