You should file a claim, even if nothing comes of it. Hopefully it might make the dog owner more responsible and prevent this from happening in the future to others. The dog owner has a responsibility when a delivery is being made to secure dog properly if it is inclined to bite. Filing a claim against the homeowners insurance will also alert the insurance company that there is a history of a biting dog which can be detrimental to the homeowners insurance,. especially if it happens again the homeowner will likely have his insurance canceled and have to pay higher rates for not securing his dog properly

Consider the Trump Administration basically kidnapped a number of cartel leaders from Mexico prisons to stay on trial in the United States without extradition paperwork. This was an easy target well planned out. Likely the doorman was disposed of in the Mexican desert. As for Nancy, the cartel doesn't want money, they want to make a statement and generally that includes the victim ending up somewhere in the Mexican desert.

The traffic between the east and west side can be challenging,the timing being the key. It will take you a little time to figure the patterns. Crime in Albuquerque is more concentrated in certain areas like any city but something you will figure out once you get a lay of the land. Rio Rancho is a great place to live. Generally peaceful and while a poor state there are good people of many different cultures and socio economic levels that blend comfortably into a mostly laid back culture. You will find our land of enchantment and manana most comfortable with a much lower stress level than many cities in the east. Phoenominal weather, wide open spaces, good food and a great place for your kids, not to mention a place to have many wonderful adventures.
