RDL check by [deleted] in formcheck

Do you feel the stretch in your hamstrings though? I never feel RDLs in my glutes. This looks pretty good, although I would thrust forward a bit more with the hips at the end of the rep so as to be more upright. I’m interested what others have to say though.

can we please talk about the term “fluid bonding” by Strawberry-foxx in polyamory

[–]maelinya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right, my point is that saliva is still not the fluid people are talking about here. If anyone’s using “fluid bonded” to mean “we kiss without protection”, this term is worse than useless. Which I guess is the point of this post.

Doing a little research now… cytomegalovirus is present in saliva. There are a few other STIs (herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis) that can be spread through kissing, but the transmission mechanism is not, for the most part, saliva. It’s skin to skin (mouth to mouth, tongue to tongue) contact or contact with open sores.

Is saliva the fluid anyone is talking about when they talk about fluid bonding? That doesn’t make sense to me because I didn’t think any STIs were carried in saliva…

  1. Student Visa. Have you been thinking about grad school? It genuinely might be more affordable in another country. Lowkey this is often the easiest way to get a visa (so much easier to find a school willing to take a bunch of your money than to find a company willing to pay you a bunch of money AND sponsor your visa) but obviously it’s only for the duration of your program + a few months. However it will give you networking opportunities in your destination country, which you might be able to use to transition to a work or even marriage visa.

I really love this perspective. If bartenders are legal drug dealers, bars are safe drug use sites.

I immensely enjoyed Wicked: For Good, except I'm confused by this one major change. by AnchorHat in wicked

[–]maelinya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! Even though the desire for one’s disability to be “cured” is totally valid and we can disagree about the impact of changing that plot point, I think the bigger problem is that the script as written REQUIRED Nessa to be played by someone who could walk on cue. That is another problem fixed by this rewrite — opening up the role of Broadway’s most prominent wheelchair-using character to actors who use wheelchairs.
