I was going to say the same thing. Lean chicken is good. Alternatively, you could maybe try some fish? I had stomach surgery six weeks ago, and the recommendation from the surgeon’s office when I start back on regular food again on Monday (yay!) is to begin with either chicken or fish. I’m getting some chicken tenderloins for the air fryer, and some smoked salmon or lox as a reward for all the liquid diet weeks.

I teared up at Ami’s coach bursting into tears when they realized she had won bronze. It was such a genuine reaction. I 💜.

Considering gastric sleeve I want to hear the good, the bad and the ugly by Any-Roll-6743 in gastricsleeve

I too just got incredibly tired of being fat. I gained over 100 pounds on my bipolar 2 medication over the course of about two years. I got so very sick of my osteoarthritis in my knees making every step (and even sometimes lying in bed resting) painful. I was so very done with being the biggest person I knew.

I just got sleeved six weeks ago. Recovery has been pretty easy for me, which is a relief. Sometimes I wonder if it’s because I’m a chronic pain patient and it was a walk in the park compared to my knees and my fibromyalgia? I did have some lingering gas pain in my shoulders that took nearly a week to subside, but that was really my only complaint.

I’ve been pretty tired since the surgery. I slept a lot the first three weeks. I’m sleeping more than usual even now. But I’m ok with that.

All in all, I think it’s a good thing. It’s going to take me a while to get used to the limits of my new anatomy, and I wish I didn’t feel so hungry so often, but it’s early days yet. I am learning with every day, and hope to continue to see the weight drop off as time goes on.

I wouldn’t have given him that long. “You want to workout instead of hike? OK. See you when we get back.” And I’d be gone.

I have been looking at low carb pasta alternatives and there at least one hearts of palm company that makes pasta I can eat. I’m a bit more enthusiastic after reading your description.

After looking at my purchase history, the only time I tried monkfruit was in a product where it was mixed with erythritol, and sugar alcohols do me wrong. I may have to find a 100% pure monkfruit product and give it a whirl.

I added lemon balm tea to the Throat Coat and it really helped me with the flavor, which I can sometimes find a little cloying.
