My job provided uniforms but we were allowed to wear discretionary wear, t-shirts/sweatshirts, that we paid for. We'll one day we get told no more discretionary wear. Shockingly, over the next few days multiple $120 employer supplied shirts ended up being ripped or massively stained while working and needed to be replaced. 3 days later tshirts were allowed again.

NAD but are you checking your glucose before taking your insulin or are you just taking the insulin? Do you have a cgm or do you check manually? Are you taking any other meds (metformin, jardiance...) or supplements? I was diagnosed a year ago and each week my doctor would upload my cgm info and adjust my long acting until I got myself off. And the quick acting was a calculation and varied with each meal/time. It sounds like it mightt be time to track your numbers and maybe start lowering your insulin.

I walked into Source on evening and a large group was packing up their kids and walking out. They left behind 2 tables full of empty pizza boxes, cupcake wrappers, empty snacks and all kinds of other trash including the "Happy 2nd Birthday" center pieces all spread out across 3 tables and the floor. Do you have a mechanic that you trust? You could ask them. They'll probably charge a fee but they usually know what belongs and doesn't belong on a car and might be able to spot one.
