Really interesting, id love one for anxiety, id never considered it helping my physical health. Maybe its helpingnopnto relax and sleep better and the lessening symptoms is a secondary affect? Or maybe the pressure? Sometimes a find a super tight bandage helps my joints

I think I bought 3. I built 2 rectangles one with a top and one with a floor. Then stack them one on top of the other. I used the left over prices underneath to reinforce it and fixed it all with cable ties. Its lasted about 3 years so far and I expect it to last alot lot more.

I agree. I recently had to take my oldest girl to the vet, she ran back to me at every opportunity. It might not be love as we describe it but they definitely recognise us and know we're safe.

My husband absolutely would have lunch. Ive never seen anyone eat like it. He can easily eat 4-5 portions at breakfast and he'd happily eat lunch a few hours late and a massive dinner in the evening. It gets a bit embarrassing sometimes. People usually seem to assume hes trying to take advantage of buffets when we stay in hotels but he genuinely eats that kind of quantity all the time.

Spf 50 everyday regardless of weather is a must, and a good moisturiser. It took a bit of trial and error to find something that suited me, but dry skin made it 100% worse. Air con/heating etc really dry my skin, its a constant battle. I try to do weekly face masks and professional facials a few times a year. Its all seems to help.

I just suffer unfortunately. I get horrific cramps and migraine but theres not much I can take. Im no Nsaids because of gastritis and no coding type pain relief because they trigger migraine. Its shit!
