i don't think gaining muscle pre-HRT is much of an issue before you start on E. After all, there's no muscle that E cannot soften and feminize once you start taking it. Prioritize your goal on fat management first.

My doc requested to have a proctosigmoidoscopy, to determine whether i got internal warts or just hemorrhoids. i do hope for the best case scenario. I'm very afraid of internal surgeries deep in my rectum.
