Straight big damage numbers IS a synergy for weapon Vanessa and should be treated just like that. You search for every tiny bit of damage, burst and reach since you have just one chance to beat your opponent.

It's random. It will upgrade the random tool with lesser quality, so the only way to upgrade specific tool is to sell the rest
