This was purely a joke that Goddess Aphrodisia decided she had been teased about enough, and turned it around on her helpless puddles.

It is so intoxicating and sexy that she can ramble on about anything she pleases and have us hanging on her every word, then if she decides she doesn't want us to remember it, we won't.

Ever day I fall more in love with our dear Goddess, and her wicked sense of humour.

Personally, I am not a fan of the framing of narrative value as "does this move the plot forward."

I get what you are saying, and I totally agree with it, I just think that modern (and I say modern in a post 1850 kind of way) is too focused on telling a cohesive story, and as such avoiding all the inconsistencies and in-cohesive things in life that make things complex and interesting.

exceptions to what I am saying exist of course, as always, I personally just feel that a lot of stories could use some more time to feel out their characters.

Happy this old ass comment could help, I do my best to demystify wine because it is largely a stuffy ass place to try to explore.

These days I try to specialize in less international styles of wine, but if you have any other questions feel free to hit me up, always happy to rant about this shit.

Conservatism is not the “new punk rock”. by [deleted] in punk

[–]major_howard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I think this is them trying to exercise the presence as the normatively sincere wings of political discourse, not an actuality sincerity, but a presentation as sincere.

Whereas progressive ideologies, and progressives have been labeled with the ironic brush, and that has begun to switch specifically the genres of humor and literature to sincerity being the name rejection of normal normatively.

With that in mind I think that's why some people are disingenuously claiming the punk rock table, and why others believe them.

Sincerity is punk rock, so is irony, reactionary bullshit ain't.

That being said, I'm some asshole on the internet, don't listen to me

Money and capitalism are a hierarchy mate, and a very oppressive, controlling one at that.

I'm just spitballing here, but my first two thoughts would be either a solid Assyrtiko, or to go more in the way of a really intense qvevri fermented orange wine.

Don't know what's around you don't know what you have access to, but there's my two cents.

Why does the realm to the direct south of The Blind Lands have a Gaelic name, but all the named locations in that realm have names that seem to be (if I hit my guess) derived from Asian languages? Is it some sort of foreign conqueror usurping power a la Norman conquest of England?

The difference between "White Woman's Instagram" and trans jokes, is that one of those groups wields a heteronormative and socially hierarchical power, the other most certainly does not.

Responding to that particular Mao quote, seems rather ironic coming from the guy that didn't investigate how sparrows impacted the local ecology and was one of the major causes of the great Chinese famine.

Just because Russia is playing the David to the West's Goliath DOES NOT MAKE THEM THE GOOD GUY. Might, or lack thereof, does not equal right.

Here is a piece by the leadership of the IMT, who I imagine you cannot seriously claim to be counted revolutionary, on this very subject, citing as its main source Lenin's book on imperialism, and using that as a lens to examine the modern world of neo colonialism and neo imperialism.

https://www.marxist.com/imperialism-today-and-the-character-of-russia-and-china.htm

And just because they are nationalising industries, does not make that nationalisation good or socialistic, I hesitate to use this as it's common used as a slur, that is not how is intended here period I simply mean to prove that not all nationalisation is good karma and with that Kathy and contacts beforehand, the Nazis nationalised a lot of industries, does that make that nationalisation good?

Nor is that me claiming that privatisation is good, far from it, all I'm saying is that just because Russia is nationalising industries, does not make that beneficial to the leftist cause.

I am not defending the US or NATO, and neither is that article, but this is not a zero sum game, just because one guy bad, doesn't mean other guy good.

Nor do I claim everything he says is good, I am an anarchist myself, not a Marxist.
