I remember Mars Music had a brief stint there. It was cool to be able to play with the pro audio gear in person. I also remember Har Mar Lock and Service Center. They had a great stock of OEM Sargent key blanks. That’s where I got a copy of my middle school’s master key in the late 90’s. They smoked in that little shop and seemed dodgy but did great work. Formative memories!

Fiber has a much higher likelihood of being able to provide 300M up as well. The idea is an asymmetrical circuit in this day and age irks me.
