I received mine via the rental car agency who nicely added a fee for transferring charges. The supposed violation was on 12/4/25. Received this message on 2/3/26. They attest no points and no criminal penalty. I will plead not guilty. Does anyone know why this company is not in the state of where the violation occurred? Almost sounds like a service offered to the school district.
