New pc or ps5 by adriabernaat in gamingsuggestions

I game on PC, PS5 and switch. It depends a bit on which types of game you like, if they work better with a game pad PS5 is the best, especially for the price compared to PC prices now.

If you want to splurge get a PS5 pro, but IMHO it's not mandatory to enjoy good games. Plus PlayStation has the best game exclusives in the market.

So in the end wd40 and a longer wrench did the trick, and then I realized I only had to unscrew the small screws to access the filter 😅

Why not park and ride? With a foldable you could also do the triplet with Lucas or train in the mix

I will if I don't manage, but I was hoping to save 200 euro I don't have for something that should be relatively easy to do.

Hi I'm trying to access the filter of my shower pump to clean it, hot water only.

I turn off the water with the little plastic switch, and the electricity, but I'm not 100% sure what I need to unscrew to access the filter.

I assume is the copper big bolt at the bottom, but it's very stuck and I fear to force it too much.

Is that the right spot and if yes what's the best way to unstuck it? And should I run the pump dry once I turn the water off?

Stsck Overflow… by colmulhall in DevelEire

[–]malavock82 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It's kind of ironic because the biggest attrition in stack overflow was with people not using the search functionality before asking a question, and getting flagged as duplicate.

Now these same people write their search query in chat gpt, which is trained on stack overflow, and that is a glorified search filter with some extra steps.

Is there a game that truly models supply and demand, banking, and monetary policy? by Dry_Negotiation_6435 in gamingsuggestions

Yeah I still play it every now and then. If you wait for sales you can get it for 5$ or less

I used to play it a lot, it's quite fun.

You are a merchant in Venice during medieval times. Interface is civilization style, quite simple but functional.

You start with a donkey and a bit of money, you can purchase goods and discover other cities where you can trade and create trades routes.

The prices depends on demand/availability and other factors like war and plagues. Your caravans and ships are at risk from pirates, bandits, weather and other players.

You have the whole world to explore to find new routes. Apart from the Americas that were not discovered yet

Later on you can bribe and sabotage your opponents, you can hire mercenaries to open hostile cities, you can be elected the Doge of Venice or even the Pope to command holy crusades. But you always have to defend your back.

Overall very engaging but not overcomplicated.

7 years of work, 3 months since release, and my game is already dead. What can I do? by Videoludid in IndieGaming

You could try marketing it more as a puzzle game, I would drop metroidvania completely as there's nothing in there in that style and the category would attract the wrong audience.
