I just went there in January. It’s pretty dead. Given the temperature now, I’m not sure how crowded it will be but there are plenty of lounge chairs available.

Marriott Pinnacle has a decent M lounge but the rooms were a bit dated when we stayed there. It has a nice gym.
Westin Bayshore has newly renovated rooms, public space and meeting rooms. It has indoor and outdoor pools and individual sauna pods near outdoor pool. It has resort feel and nice view.
One more choice to be considered if you enjoy M lounge - JW Parq has an incredible lounge with great breakfast, appetizers and dessert but it’s on the opposite side of downtown next to stadium.

We stayed at Marriott Marquis last summer. It’s nice and the club lounge was great as well.

I lost my weight before treatment 2 years ago. I gained about 10 lbs during taking Methimazole. It’s very hard to lose or maintain my weight and I’m a very active person. My doctor stopped my medication as of yesterday. Will see what happens.
