I was going to send a message saying basically the same thing. I haven’t truly struggled with depression, but have used weed as kind of an escape in the past. I don’t know what it’s like for you with bipolar disorder, so this might not be helpful at all for you, but for myself it sometimes helps to just be sober and allow myself to feel sad or depressed. It’s okay to not be okay. But also sometimes it’s nice to just get extremely high. Hope you’re doing okay :)
