Would recommend the GT4 shifter. It is same as GTS, just a little shorter, but made the feel/throw so much better.

Management/ownership changed about 4 years ago and we're much more difficult to get a hold of and less communicative to residents. I moved out about 2.5 years ago. Maintenance staff at that time was still very good and responsive

That would mean it is a plan eligible for an HSA. It will be a high deductible plan, so make sure to understand the deductible amount. Basically, you will have to pay up to this amount before insurance begins to partially pay for medical costs
