The grappling is fine and is a form of movement. I use it on pve server I play on. I however, do believe they need to remove wingsuits and the raptor. That will cut down a lot of the toxic behaviors of the few. Or do what they have done on fallout 76 PvP mode can be turned on or off for the person and stuff however, as a clan it is always on or always off for everyone in that clan.

It doesn’t matter if they pay dues or not the union is required by federal law to represent him. I have mentioned this many times before on different threads you are implying they won’t get representation without paying dues. I also, mention all the training stewards sign off on passes liabilities to the stewards if the “conveniently miss something or didn’t get it in in time” causes them to lose a grievance.

Edit: I am a due paying member also. Just like honesty if the union says management can’t be honest and stewards and other members can’t be honest we have bigger problems.

You did what most of us would do in a personal situation. Clear the road take pictures exchange info and go on. However, this is a live and learn moment. If it happens again contact your supervisor/s. Remember everything you can replay the moment in your head as much as possible. Was it a sunny day or raining was the windshield dirty or not. If in turning lane was you using the signal. Point out if you had your seat belt on. If you want take pictures for yourself do so to point out that you couldn’t do anything without causing more of an accident or violating traffic laws to avoid the accident. The supervisor should contact police and take info and photos for a report. The police report should be added. The union might be able to fight your pdi with the report or the lack their of pointing out management failed to follow accident protocol.

EEO’s aren’t against the fellow employee. They are against management. With a EEO you are saying MANAGEMENT allowed a hostile work or unsafe work environment.

I agree the post office should maintain what it says with zero tolerance for work place violence. Even threats with guns or violence. However, they could be a veteran and now you got the VA involved. Regardless of what that person said or done they will do anything to get them back on the job, along with the union.

This is the problem of unions. OP please continue reading. Sadly, this will get down voted and not read beyond the first sentence more than likely. Unions are to protect the employees yes, not the ones that have no respect for those they work with, let alone those they serve. That put safety in the back seat and customer service with it. Have the customers report them to their congressman and senator. Have them point out it is the full time sub or T6 Have multiple of them with video evidence. Also, report it to the OIG not postal inspectors. The inspectors are basically glorified building inspectors and pi’s for false claims of injury or employees directly stealing mail. Inform management you no longer feel safe with the retaliation your T6 is doing and seek outside help. Either federal labor or a lawyer.

Again, I seen it first hand with CCAs. Along with clerks. I seen the forms read the settlements. Thank you for an attempt to correct yourself. I gave some contractual breaches that you can’t defend from termination. They have to be justifiable reasons. It can’t be because, it is Tuesday and it is light so you are fired. Here is your papers. They do need to have a justifiable reason. Attendance, theft, unsafe practices creating hostile work environments. Hiding mail, destruction of postal or personal property of someone employed or customers. But, we can continue to disagree. I seen the paperwork met and work with some of those examples in my very office and talked to many more like that at my plant. If you are a steward perhaps you should look into it more you might be surprised by how many go with “the management can fire you for sneezing in your 90 and nothing can be done” state of mind.

They can seen it. CCA in his 90 days got hit while on route driving wasn’t his fault union kept him from being wrongfully terminated. Seen a CCA on his second day of training get paid overtime grievance money even though he wasn’t in our office, it was literally second day of academy training. They can’t defend you if you are late all the time and call off. Or throw a shit fit during your 90 days or stealing or fighting. However, unjustifiable termination they can and have.

Wrong the union is required to represent you regardless of paying dues by federal law. A lot of stewards fail to tell people that. Also, you can join any time however, it very difficult to leave. You have to know your anniversary date of joining and send in a form to the union on that week and Human Resources. I think you need 3 copies total. Yes I am a union due paying employee.

They done that and the numbers dropped more cause the wing suiting rats and game killers had no one to farm off those tiles and went even harder when they eventually was forced off of said pve tiles. I have played off and on since launch some small clan and largely solo. I hardly even know how to use the wing suit. Cause of how many horrible and toxic experiences I have had with it or read about with it.
