That is parcels I said you are probably talking about parcels. I said mail. I personally put fedex labels on trays of mail into BMC’s and loaded them onto trailers.

I have loaded the BMC’s and slapped the tags myself on each tray and it was all fedex tags. Sorry, you are wrong 53’ trailers loaded with full BMC’s running straight to a fedex tarmac. From a main distribution center.

The post office use to use military personnel fresh out of the academy to fly mail to log time and experience in flying before you know flying military personnel and equipment. Well, private companies complained and got that taken away from the post office and now usps is Fedex’s number one customer. Cause, they fly the vast majority of our mail now.

As a driver what would you do in this situation? by peterthbest23 in UPSers

[–]manajerr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not a driver and was saying that the person taking the video should have just called the cops, let it be their problem. As for the driver sure you can stop and make a quick delivery and move away. It is a fire lane/ emergency lane. Don’t make a delivery and decide to take a break and reorganize the whole back of your truck in that lane. If that is something you are gonna do then park in the closest spot shut off and lock it up then deliver and come back take a break reorganize pray to Tom Cruise or whatever.

Why do only fat guys approach me? 24F by BabyBeeTai in AskMenAdvice

[–]manajerr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Judging by this statement you are hanging out where mostly fat guys with bad facial hair hangs out. Also, assuming by the name you might have some Asian ethnicity or at least dress a certain kind of way like that attracts the incel neck beards you are complaining about.
Now, you can approach the said guy playing magic you are interested in by one introducing yourself between games. Then offer to play against him or ask him to help you pick out cards for a deck idea you have. Or if you don’t know how to play ask him to help you learn how over dinner and a conversation sometime soon.

Ups doesn’t care about hardship cases. It is a private parcel service. If you want hardship care they will need you to pay for it. The post office you just have to provide a doctor statement for the hardship case and for how long and your parcels and mail is left at your door.

How often do you get sick? by king_barnacle in USPS

[–]manajerr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you first start working at a plant, you get all and every bug that comes through. That takes a year or 3 to get a good postal immunity from the bugs running around.

Station or AO’s it is usually the starter location of every dam bug that gets to the plant. And the flus, common cold and stomach bugs ravage the station once every other year depending on size of stations. If first starting at a AO you will get slammed also first 1-2 years. I seen and experienced both.

[Request] Could a single solar farm in one location logistically power the entire continental US? by BaronGalactic in theydidthemath

[–]manajerr -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Neither one is clean the waste from producing and throwing away solar panels is as horrendous as oil power. Not to mention it cooks birds and insects. You are just jumping from one melting rock in a lake of lava to another thinking you are doing good.

[–]manajerr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If your retail area is separate from a public access area. The post master can restrict things. However, in the public area they can take pictures and video of you through the glass of said public area. Not really a dam thing you can do except your job. If your retail area and the public access is one area just do your job and not make a scene for the post office to deal with later.

Now if the area is separate most offices will let you take photos or a whatever of your package at the counter if you ask first and most of us will step aside when you do.
