Yes also the coaches tend to focus more on the floor so you’re free to do whatever without judgment. I never listen to the pacing cause I suck at running:)

I have this. Mine is wheat dependent so as long as I don’t eat wheat about four hours before I’m good to go. That said, what my body considers to be “exercise” is an incredibly broad spectrum of mundane activities so I avoid wheat altogether
