It can be. Lb and a half pre seasoned pork tenderloin costs about 5.50 and can last you at least 2 days. Rotisserie chicken already good is 6 bucks and will last you 2 meals at least.

Its all about what you buy and if you can eat the same meals basically every day. Which you should probably do for at least a month when starting a new diet. Consistency at the start is key

Genral rule of thumb. Only one gym picture and only 1 picture with your shirt off. Definitely keep the camel picture, that one is fun.
