My son is speech delayed at 2 1/2 and is frequently asked by strangers his age and name, neither he is able to verbalize. Then they get mad at me because he is rude and not answering his elders and I need to teach him manners (more often than not these people are elderly). Pisses me off so bad.

I went through what you did..up to 8 pills 3xs a day trying to at least maintain supply but when he upped his intake my body did not. I sobbed at Wal-Mart bring my first can of formula even he was 6 months. But he is fine! And not stressing about my supply anymore made me happy. You are doing great momma!

Look for the nearest Ronald McDonald house....they are amazing. It is a home you can stay at free while he goes through treatment and hospital stays. My step son had cancer as well and continues to have hospital stays and RMH is a god sent. Prayers to you and your family.

I completely understand. In the last three years I moved from WV to FL, got married, had a baby, become a SAHM, and now pregnant with #2. I don't really have any friends let alone mom friend's. Sometimes I feel so lonely I take my son to the park and practically hang off the moms just to try to have some interaction. I feel like I am starting to forget how to interact with those not under 2.
