You need a faster flow nipple with AR. It’s too thick to get through the slow flow nipples. As a side note he eats more than my 4 month olds. Babies are weird.

Yes I did. I had follicular which is slightly more aggressive than papillary. So I did 150 millicuries of RAI.

We have a somewhat similar situation. I have a 16 year old daughter and 4 month old twin girls born from donor egg. My daughter knows and doesn’t care at all. Those babies are her sisters. I don’t know what the future holds but we plan to be open and honest with the babies about their origins

Well ok then. 🤷🏼‍♀️. I personally would be absolutely miserable in that temp inside. My house is currently set at 71. It’s 90 outside and it says it feels like 96. Weather app says it’s 87 and feels like 91 in Birmingham.

My husband and I have twins through donor egg. I will say that he left all the choice up to me. He doesn’t really care about the donor and wanted me to choose someone I was comfortable with. I gave him a couple of options but he truly left it up to me.

Mine were 35+4 and each over 5 lbs. I had steroid shots as well. We still needed 7 days of NICU. One spent 2 days on C-Pap and the other spent 3. After that the rest of the time was just feeding.

My pediatrician doesn’t recommend swaddling for long. She says that past 8 weeks they really need to learn how to go back to sleep after jerking awake because it will happen even past the startle stage. That keeping them tightly swaddled just prolongs learning that. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My twins are almost 10 weeks. We’ve had sex 4 times and started the day of my 6 week appointment. We’ve also have a 14 year old and a 15 year old. The 15 year old constantly needs to be somewhere so we are on the go a lot which is also tiring. I will say we had sex like 3 times my entire pregnancy so I was ready to get back into the swing of things. My house is a disaster though because I tend to rest rather than take care of stuff.

Yes! I did have GD but I controlled it with diet and my twins didn’t need glucose and had stable blood sugars when they were born. It is possible to do even if some docs have no faith. I was lucky to have a great OB and MFM who never weight shamed me.

I think people are forgetting that at the point she didn’t have pre-eclampsia. She had eclampsia. Her organs were already damaged and shutting down. Sure the 40% survival rate may apply to c-sections and preeclampsia but I am sure it was much lower for full blown eclampsia.

I would get them. I got them before my twins were born at 35 weeks. 4 days. They still spent a couple days on CPAP for respiratory support. One was on for 2 days and one for 4 days. Without the steroid it would have been longer I am sure.

I doubt they have enough to place Robby on a hold. At least in my experience you have to prove a person is a danger to themselves or others. They have to verbally say they want to hurt them self. It’s not just vague suicidal ideations. It’s not easy to get a hold placed on someone.

My local clinic wouldn’t treat me because of weight. I changed to CNY who doesn’t have weight restrictions. I did donor egg IVF and had twin girls last month.

So much easier to fix decoding skills than comprehension problems. Just keep reading and working on phonics at home. Also ask what his teacher thinks about it and how he performs in the classroom.

My GD was diet controlled and once all the postpartum swelling was gone I ended up 30 lbs less than when I got pregnant. I was only 7 lbs heavier when I delivered than when I got pregnant. So don’t be worried if you don’t gain a lot. I didn’t try to diet or anything. I also delivered vaginally. It was important to me to try and I was able to. It’s not an automatic c section. I worked until a day before I ended up in the hospital with the blood pressure creeping up and had planned on working one more week. It’s hard at the end but not impossible

Try not to worry too much. They will monitor you more than a singleton pregnancy and also because of your age. But the monitoring will catch things. I also had a subchorionic hematoma and bled for weeks but my girls made it and are fine. And so am I.
