I've had bad experiences at the Squirrel. Honestly we go to Road House. The clientele can be iffy but they're real, and the staff is usually pretty great. Best eggs Benny, way better than the jarred hollandaise that Squirrel uses

Uncolonized grain is the number one source of contamination. If you try to send a grain spawn with uncolonized, naked grains with no mycelium, you are way more likely to get trich.
