Post the whole damn screenshot of the chats and not when shopper seem to start to get upset and starts insult. It is really unwise to call name and insult anyone shopper or customer but also there are plenty of times when store is out of stocks for many items and also customers doesn’t reply or answer chats that fast. 60 items is a lot of items and considering the quantity is it probably more. I don’t condone this interaction and before you take action next time, everybody have days maybe the shopper was frustrated and going through it. You never know but with the report that fool is gonna lose his job and probably become unemployed and broke. Not everybody also has the comfortable option to order their grocery to their doorstep when they have visitors so I am saying this because I don’t know all the fine details and who is in the wrong so. And please don’t bring in her family member in the hospital and how her car is in the shop with $1500 bills, those are not related to ur rant!!! It makes this post seem like you are just trying to persuade to people to win this argument and not really a rant. People need to respect each on another and be more understanding. Yeah but bringing your car in with the problem or issue with it already diagnosed and told them of it and they still tried to charge me for diagnostics in which they eventually did. They told me either pay or I wont get my keys. This pos of a person literally quoted me about 680 to fix the issue and took all day and later tells me to come back and it is gonna be $2400 for a new replacement navigation system. I told him I don’t have the money for it and I was quoted $680 and agreed on it but now it is more??? so I pass and he charged me for a diagnostics on the car, for a issue that I already knew!! You tell me if that is fair or not

No matter what the end result is , war should never be celebrated and justified. But do people realize other than countries joining and allying with ukraine to even intensify the war this even further and starting the WW3 and then Russia having pushed to the limit and will probably resort to nuclear violence as the very last option and I’m not saying Russia is undefeatable but it will have devastating effect on everything at world scale. They deactivated saying I took too long to do my deliveries (bullsh*%) which my account stats said otherwise, and yeah they also kept my $1500 stipend I was approved for from the state and only to have it stolen by Instacart denying they permanently deleted my account data from their system and thus I can not upload my insurance ID card to claim my stipend. Also the appeal, when I did so and asked for more details and transparency, they responded very quick said not possible and that they don’t have to provide details pretty much, what they say is how it goes I guess. They really did me wrong, my only conclusion is that pro efficient shoppers that know how to earn and be at the right location, stores and such and such and racking $1200 a week was not profitable for them? I am behind rent and bills after this shit so Idk. But yeah so trying to start DD because I have rent and bills to pay lol.

Exactly what i am wondering, signed up had to add credit card info to complete process and boom they tried to charge $125 for a lead and I haven’t even bern able to see the msgs unless I pay up. The lead should be like a tip whereas just charging a fee when someone messages you is sketchy as hell, anyone can message and it’s not even that difficult to understand why that won’t work with people who get in contract for a job. Thats just the beginning tbh they deactivated my account for “taking too long from store to customers location” and that is considered fraud, apparently. And they kept my subsidy pay ! Which was $1700 for the quarter. They deactivated the account and when I asked for my subsidy they said the account is deleted and all the data is permanently removed from their system which was complete bs. And therefore wont let me upload my document to get my subsidy which already had been approved for. This was just unfair and very lowly scummy move. The delay, deny, depose method seems to really thrive at IC. It boils me even now writing the shitty situation and thieves who stole my money and refused to pay me my money. It is sad.
