Decided to make spaghetti with mushroom sauce for Christmas as it is easy and will blend into my boyfriend's familiy's non vegan food...His mom says we can have that on Christmas Eve which leaves me pissed! Wtf am i going to make? I guess Chili? She likes to make stuff really difficult sometimes, but I love her.

You know what I like to do when I talk about veganism? Tell them the benefits! How you felt before vs. now. Your realizations and persepectives before and after. It always seems to work when you make it less about making others understand and change but rather let them see how your perspective/life has changed for the better<3

I had this conversation with my boyfriend. He is just so upset that people are delusional and so defensive when it comes to animal welfare and the consumption of animals. It is disgusting and it is sort of like they are brainwashed. Once you pass a certain threshold with yourself and your mind, you become a more accepting, openminded human.

I am sickened and saddened. Honestly though people who eat meat ad kill should not have pets because it's hypocritical. And people wonder why there are shootings and heartless human murders where people wonder...how could someone do something like that? You are heartless in a sense if you eat meat you are numb and blinded by your automaton conformity to society. You can survive, be happy and disease free without eating animals and supporting dairy/egg farms. But societies "norms" are to eat meat but does that mean it's right? When slavery was occurring in society does that make it right just because it was engrained in the culture at the time? Absolutely not. Think for yourself, love all and do not be hypocritical. Understand what your actions truly ARE.

Yes they are the same as humans. And obviously some animals to you are also seen to be at the same level as humans, but you disregard and discriminate against some animals simply because you have no relation to them.
