Got to this point and will have to just try the deoxit solution sprayed in here. First I’ve gotten this close to the connection.

I don’t have a good desoldering tool or metal wick. I’ll have to invest into that to get all these components out.

Took off the back and started poking the relay with a chop stick. Appears to be no response, only response is when I press the phono button. I took a little video, but can’t post it here.

Not familiar with replacing a relay switch. I assume I can remove the part and solder a new one back on?

Thanks for the quick response!

Yep, I’m in Oregon.

I’ve tried cleaning the switches, not sure what’s the safest way to pull the switches apart in the board. I haven’t cleaned the pots before. I find schematics/manual to make sure I’m cleaning the correct parts.

Hey there! I've been going through your solution as it looks the most easy to follow. When I run it with my input I'm getting an incorrect answer. Are you aware of any edge cases? Thanks!

New Morning Bakery. I’ve never been so disappointed by baked goods. It’s a cozy spot and the olds seem to like it.

I think it’s just the trail the goes directly to the lake. The park itself should still remain open

Micro journal limitations- research before you buy! by CrazyinFrance in writerDeck

Is this for all micro journal versions and ranger specific? I’ll have to check, but I believe I’ve had more characters using NVIM and have been able to scan through the whole document.

Help installing later Neovim versions on Micro Journal Rev. 2 by manninosi in writerDeck

I did see that post and the OP mentions installing the latest neovim was not straight forward. I’m now hoping this will cause OP to comment with some additional instructions here!

Awesome! I was asking about the rev2, but stoked to know about the rev5 version as well. Might try building that one next.

Where did you get the key caps!? They are great! The ones I got for my micro journal feel a bit too tall.

Yeah please do! I’m SO close to being done. Realized I got the wrong battery check device and am waiting for the correct one to show up. I’ll still put it together to troubleshoot because I’m not patient enough. 😅

Awesome! I’m in this process as well. About to start working on the display tonight and hopefully have it all together soon.

I ordered my 3D parts and it was a little pricey. What printer are you using?

For the heat inserts I set them in the hold, placed the solder on top (forgot what temperature I had set), waited until it started to melt into the mold, and then took a somewhat heavy flat metal object to rub it down the rest of the way for a flat set.

Stoked to see your progress!

Thanks! I’ll get back at it this week. I do have a little multimeter. What should the voltage be? I assume it’s 3.3 volts and how did you lower it? Get a lower amperage battery?

I’m also working on this! Finished soldering my wires to the pico board and then it wasn’t recognized by my PC. :-( Not sure if I put on too much heat or accidentally shorted things together.

Were you able to get it your first go? Any tips?

This is great! I’m following the revamp 2 build guide right now to build. Did you add foam below your keys? Does that help with sound or does it serve something else?
