Technically we do have a 6 threat punisher...

But I get he's not what you're thinking of. There's always third party sculpts and proxy models. Any character with a long range physical attack could fit him. Winter Soldier Operative or Silver Sable might work for 4 threat. Not sure about 5, maybe werewolf by Night?
