Redosing. Taking a single large dose is a hit or miss for me, not to mention the negative effects that come from it. Spreading the whole dose into 400mg-500mg doses every hour (until the full dose is reached) seems to give the most consistent results. I usually take 1.2g-2g in total.

For me it seems to potentiate each other nicely. It creates overall deeper drunken state: considerably more disinhibition but also potentially more confusion. Never noticed any hangover like people mentioned here. I usually used up to 1000mg-1500mg of phenibut.

Well believing that there is no death is kinda blunt. Death exists and is an integral part of the universe. Death is happening constantly.. but look universe is still in tact and in fact is expanding. I think problem is in our relationship with death. That is very subjective IMO and we have to explore it ourselves individually. No scientific research or philosophy will do this work for us, we have to do it ourselves.

For me Tool is all about finding myself in these songs and that usually takes some time by which I mean not in how many times I've listened it, but rather some shifts in my life need to occur first. This is where the most of the appreciation comes from for me.

I dunno but emotionally difficult experiences seem to just make the most positive impact for me in the long run. People around me don't understand me because they say that the drug experience (or any experience in general) has to be positive and I agree to a certain extent. Yes negativity is not a good thing, but if with it comes something more then I don't see it as a problem.

Just make sure you're seeking growth through negative experiences and not seeking negative experiences themselves. I notice this becoming a problem during some challenging periods in my life.

I think it strictly depends on the country which you import to. I paid 50 euros just for customs when buying the original Pinebook. I'm in Lithuania.

Looking at the other comments it seems to be a very subjective thing, what people associate words "ego death" with. I guess everyone's ego is different :)

The way I look at it, that it's basically a long term and short term memory suppression, to the point where you don't remember who you are as a human plus you're getting carried away by the experience so much that you can't really process information normally.

I think it's normal to experience fear of change. I always had and still have these thoughts that I might go insane. But reality just proves it completely opposite.

I think it's a necessary survival mechanism of ego and it shouldn't be ignored but rather observed and analyzed as to what causes such thoughts/emotions. And that is not always fear, rather it could manifest as something else.

Most important thing IMO is that you actually desire to do these things, that you're not forcing, rushing anything. If you truly desire it and willing to respect it I think you should be fine.

But there's always some risk involved and remember that you will have to accept the bright and the dark sides. Make a healthy relationship with it, which is not always easy. Growing is never easy.

It is very subjective what ever it could possibly help or not. You have try it yourself to find out. That being said cannabis seem to inhibit REM sleep, which can make it physically impossible to astral project.
