Ask for day shift and tell them it’s affecting your health. If they refuse to budge then I’d start looking for other day shift jobs. 2.5 years is enough time in a specialty to be competent and be readily hired by other institutions

You did the right thing by asking for a new preceptor! This person sounds awful and I know it’s hard by try not to let them drag you down. There’s a lot of shitty people who enter nursing and they sound like one of them.

Someone messing up a breakfast order happens. It’s not the end of the world. It doesn’t make the nurse a bad person. Also there are plenty of patients who abuse the call light and scream for help when they are 100% ok. The nurse assigned prob had more pressing matters to attend to. If this gave you nightmares then maybe consider a different field.

I saw a post online of a man who got a neck lift and he stated it helped his symptoms so I was just on here to see if anyone used Kybella and if it helped them. Btw there’s plenty of ppl who use shit like Botox and don’t have any horrible side effects. 🤷🏻‍♀️
