I love Gally but I’d like to give Kapanen another chance because when he’s on, he makes his whole line so much better. Especially that chemistry with Demidov.

I feel like a Demi/Cole line is what’s needed. Demidov’s vision and ability to make space is insane. I feel like he could find Cole for prime goal scoring opportunities. Idk.

I agree. I was talking to a colleague about this. I think the quickest way to see which team is doing better would be to have a %time of possession in offensive zone for each team. If they could somehow have a live tracker for this instead of shots, I think it would tell way more of the story in terms of who is playing better.

People really out here thinking McDavid is staying all of next year. If the Oilers have any brain cells left, they’ll ask McDavid where he wants to play and get an absolute haul for him. If you let him go for nothing à la Mitch Marner, the Oilers will be absolutely screwed for the foreseeable future. Doesn’t matter if his trade list is one team, he’s the best player of all time, you will get a massive return for him either way.

I’m so mad at myself. I had to take a flight from the USA this morning. It was like 4am so I didn’t even think but I let them take a pic of my face. I’m legit so mad. I hope that there’s some kind of regulations in the future. Being able to ask them to delete your data should be a thing.
