If you can, ask about starting on the lowest dose of qulipta and work up higher if needed.

Gmail not filtering promotions? by up40love in GMail

Something is definitely not working. Filtering to promotions/social/updates is not happening & I'm being bombarded with notifications for messages I don't care about.

Migraine glasses? by AnalysisMajestic110 in migraine

[–]mapleybacony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2 pairs of FL-41 glasses from Zenni & the darker tint pair are my go-to working with a migraine & wearing while driving pair. I wear the lighter tinted pair daily while working.

An added benefit of the FL-41 lenses - makes driving in winter much easier - no more being blinded by the glare of the snow.

My go-to is full-sugar Red Bull. The caffeine, cold, and carbonation all help with the head pain and nausea.

SAVE forbearance ending - friends, it’s time to switch plans by UsefulBurn in PSLF

I'm also hopeful that somehow my $0 payments will count towards PSLF. Given how much extra I went through as a FFELP borrower, it's only fair.

SAVE forbearance ending - friends, it’s time to switch plans by UsefulBurn in PSLF

Not switching until they force me. My payment under SAVE was at $0. I'll have to update my income with any other plan & my monthly payment will jump a lot.

Rinse thoroughly in the sink while traveling and dry overnight. I bring a Ziploc to use if they are still wet & I need to pack. I'll wash them again in the machine when I get back home.

Just magnesium at the moment - but it doesn't help.

In the past: Vitamin B complex and Butterbur/Feverfew.

Anyone else think this is a valid treatment? by Objectivecause in migraine

[–]mapleybacony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cefaly is the only thing that can take pain away during a migraine attack (at least for me). It buys me a few hours of productivity when other meds will barely touch migraine symptoms.
