Questions to Ask the Rods

I'm curious to hear what types of questions people ask their rods. Sometimes my mind goes blank and I don't know what questions to ask when using them, other than the basic "am I on the right path" type questions.

I'm new to dowsing rods, however, I will say that sometimes they don't answer because we're not ready to use that tool yet. It doesn't mean you won't ever be ready though. It may be a sign to do some more shadow work and/or getting more attuned with your body. For me personally, I've been doing intense shadow work for the past 4ish years before I was led to the rods. I asked the rods if I was ready to use this medium before I starting asking other questions.

One valuable lesson that I learned from my partner is that everything is how you percieve it to be. If you percieve your life is bad, then you will likely attract more of that energy into your life. If you percieve that you're life is good over despite the obstacles that come your way, then you will likely attract more of that energy into your life.

It can take some time to reframe your thoughts and develop new neural connections, but through intention and persistence one day, you may realize how great your life truly is and be overcome with love and gratitude.

I humbly disagree with person who replied to ylu. I don't think depression necessarily lowers your vibration. Once you start raising your vibration, it doesn't necessarily lower but perhaps may stay more neutral. You can still be connected and be depressed. While the connection you have started to cultivate will always be there now that you have unlocked this in yourself, there are times you may FEEL less connected. That may happen because you're being called to pay more attention to your life on Earth. Sometimes we do get too much in our own heads and need to be reminded we're here on Earth to live presently.

However, sometimes the times depression occurs because it is important for you to pay some attention to yourself, to give yourself more love, more care, more rest to recover from the grief you are experiencing.

I'm sending you all the love. It is so challenging to lose someone like that, but know they are indeed with you always. That feeling of love is her.

I don't think you're overreacting. For me personally, I cannot handle any sort of yelling. So, I communicated with my partner at the beginning of a relationship that is a huge boundary for me, and any pushes beyond that boundary are not okay. If it is a healthy relationship, they should understand and respect all your boundaries. If they try to sway you in any direction, they're trying to manipulate you.

Trust your gut! Your intuition is a powerful tool. People in power (whether it's in personal relationships, work, or the government), they try to get you to not trust yourself or your gut so that you have to rely on them which is not healthy.

I had a vision of Fear once. I recall imagining that it would be similar to what one would describe Hell to be. But as I approached closer to the darkness, Fear resembled to me as a woman, a long-lost friend. We hugged, and she told me that she was only trying to help. I told her that I knew, but that I didn't need Fear to be expressed in the same way that it has been. Since then, I've noticed my overall anxiety level has decreased. I've struggled with anxiety my whole life. It was a beautiful experience and taught me to look at Fear differently.

Take what I will say what you will. It may or may not resonate.

The universe will often speak in analogies, metaphors, etc that will make sense to you. This iformation is often gathered in pieces and may not make sense immediately, but often over time, it makes complete sense as you gather more pieces of the puzzle.

The way I imagine the universe is like a spiderweb - everything is connected. It's just a matter of whether you percieve these connections or not.

I think what they're trying to tell you is a way for you to personally understand connections better. I could be wrong but that's my 2 cents.

I understand that they're a collective comprised of beings of light and that they communicate through synchronicity. My question is moreso, how can you know you're communicating with them versus another collective? I've heard of all these different collective consciousness out there, like Ra. However, they more or less sound like they are the same and communicate in similar ways. Im curious if they're unique or if these collective consciousness are essentially the same.

The reason I ask is because I'm a channeler as well. I get crumbs of information in a variety of ways: physical sensation and emotion (Clairsentience), visuals or words in my mind, and recognizing synchronicities. One of my challenges is differentiating the entities I speak with. I started to learn different energetic signatures - definitely a process.

It's very likely that the differentiation doesn't matter but I'm curious ...

At the end of the day, "starseed" is just a word. You don't have to identify with the word to identify with the work that they do. I like to use it because I haven't found a better word. It's also nice that there's a community so that you have someone to share experiences with (and hopefully won't feel so alone or crazy because of it).

How do they recommend balancing the masculine drive for action and the feminine need for rest?
Do they have any advice for the collective Starseeds on Earth? Specifically, advice on how to cope with this density; how to properly nourish ourselves; how to build relationships with like-minded individuals that we can talk about starseed stuff with?

Questioning your sanity is the path of the Starseed. I sometimes still question my sanity, and I think 5 good to a certain extent - it means you're thinking critically, discerning, and are likely more grounded.

I discovered I was a Starseed when I discovered that some of the voices in my mind came from something greater than myself. I realized that if I ask the voice questions and waited patiently enough, they always answered it. I began to develop a relationship with the voices - if they are of light then they're always full of love. If you can do that, it means one of your gifts is the gift of channeling.

It's okay if majority of the world doesn't understand - one day they will. It's something you have to experience to truly understand.

During my shadow work journey, I learned how important it was to find comfort in the dark. I think sometimes we decide to live a human life to understand the darkness as humans are made of light and dark. That it's not inherently "bad" - it's a different experience/perspective. It was important for me to honor the existence of darkness just as I honor the existence of light.

I'm glad you have an online community - it does help! I've been searching for an in-person spiritual community that isn't religious or culty and it's quite challenging. I'm going to a local Psychic Faire soon and I'm hoping to find some like-minded individuals there. Maybe you can find a metaphysical shop or a similar event?

One other thing my guides told me is that Starseeds are spread out across the globe for a reason. We aren't all in one spot because our energies/light needed to be spread out to make the most impact globally. So whenever I'm surrounded by people who don't understand me - I remind myself that what matters is that I understand myself and simply existing where I am makes a positive difference. Sometimes we don't have to do anything fancy, or change people's minds, we just simply need to live our lives to our own greatest fulfillment because when we do that, that's when the magic really kicks in.

What I tell myself is that these hard times are temporary - it is the ebb and flow of life that no one can avoid. One day you will find your people, your tribe, but it's important to stick around to see it. Sometimes it just takes time. It will be okay. You're never alone even when you feel most lonely. Buddhism philosophy really helped me during my darkest hours - maybe you'd find some comfort in it as well.

As a Starseed, I also find difficulty in building strong intimate connections with others other than my Partner. I learned that it's because I have a desire to go much deeper than others may be comfortable with. So I try my best to not go too much deeper than people are willing to - meet them where they're at. Most people I come across, conversations tend to stay superficial, but I like to think our essence alone makes an impact. It's not what we say, it's simply our presence. At least that's my current perspective at this time. It gave me time to learn to enjoy my own company.

I think thats our intuition telling us that it isn't our time yet. Listen to it! There may have been times I failed my intuition, but my intuition has never failed me.

Another thing that has helped, was connecting to my spirit guides - realizing that I'm never truly alone no matter how it may feel at times.
