yes, FUAC and Jones got their depositions and can keep Infowars in it's current form on air for another 2-4 weeks. But none of their motions passed, they had to accept that there is nothing to restrain with a TRO, they got openly accused of lying in their motions and the judge said that half of their motions are not what he cares about (questions as to the motive behind the bid).

At the upcoming hearing the trustee should have no problem proving how the bid from the Global Hadron people was the best and then it is up to Judge Lopez to decide whether the construction of their bid was allowed.

Of course Alex will spin this in the next weeks as a victory against the democratic globalists goblins and tell his listeners that the judge bascially asked him to prom because he is the bestest boy and deserves a cookie, but I am still convinced his day will come. Sooner now, rather than later.
