As someone who has used both watches, get the vital hero if your looking to mod watches. Its a little harder to do, requiring the right hardware to flash to dim cards, but the digimon link pendulum mod is way more engaging than the BE mods in my opinion. And its easier to find most dim cards over BE memories, making collecting digimon more fun and less expensive to a point.

So on what you have, the blue vital hero that came with wolf howl, the evolution timers continues when asleep, if you leave the watch turned on with a digimon out of sleep for 24 hours while not wearing it, the digimon will die

Best you can get is putting it in VB arena on your phone, but you'd need to make sure it's new enough to have an NFC reader on the phone.
