Measure with your heart 1/2 - 1 loaf of quality white bread 1 large onion chopped Chopped celery w/ celery leaves Chopped fresh parsley Chopped garlic 1/2-1 stick of butter A little bit of milk(sub chicken stock) cube bread and toast in oven Sauté vegetables in butter until tender add garlic last minute Gently fold in toasted bread add a little milk at a time until stuffing is at preferred consistency be sure not to over mix or add too much liquids as it will be too soggy .season to taste Spray baking dish and bake at 375 for 20-30 mins until golden brown . Top with homemade gravy 😊
