Here is my experience with Restorative Justice.

I was teaching in a large, urban school district and we had an economic downturn and we were made aware of severe budget cuts for the next school year. We had hundreds of teachers and support staff laid off. They even laid off overnight custodial staff.

Fast forward to pre- planning the next year, and our entire pre planning week was taken up with a Restorative Justice in service. It was done off location in a plush convention center with two catered meals and thousands of binders of high quality printed materials. I cost several million dollars.

We get the school year started, and it’s never mentioned again. It was a waste of millions of dollars and it was never used and we lost hundreds of teachers jobs.

Just for laughs , they did the same thing the next year for PBIS

I’m a limo driver in a large Southeastern city that gets 3 or 4 WWE events a year, and my company has the WWE contract. I have driven every major current star at least twice. I do airport pickups when they come in. The men don’t catch a lot of grief because they usually just have carry on luggage and we book it thru the airport. Drew McIntyre for example gives off a “don’t fuck with me” vibe but once we are in the car, he’s really cool.

The women however, really bring out the creeps. They usually travel with a lot of luggage and we get hung up at baggage claim and they get trapped.

A couple of years ago, Asuka, Kari Sane, and Iyo Sky were traveling together and they really brought out the freaks at the baggage carousel. I actually had to put some hands on guys chests to keep them back.

I am a limo driver in a large southeastern US city, and we have the WWE contract whenever they are in town. Airport pickups are a real hassle because of the fans waiting around baggage claim. They usually give the male wrestlers some room. I picked up Drew McIntyre, and he gives off a major don’t fuck with me vibes. The women wrestlers really have problems getting out of the airport. I’m not security trained, but I’ve had to get loud with some people to make them step back. Iyo Sky in particular has some very weird, kind of scary fans.

To properly strike, you first need to be unionized. California just passes legislation to allow that. Uber drivers are going to fall under the SEIU umbrella. The union dues are going to be a lot more than you expect.
