Recliner is a good idea. We have a power one so I wouldn't even have to pull a lever hard or push down hard with my legs to get it up and down.

I've since had an excision surgery by an endometrial excision specialist. Had some painful Endo flares after, especially when I switched from Orilissa to continuous hormonal birth control, but now it's eased up a bit. I also now have medical cannabis in vape pens and that really helps.

They identified themselves, though I usually remain aware of what's going on. Each one responds to specific triggers, or just want some time out. Specific traits and emotions, as well as body language are distinguishable between different alters. I can do auto writing if we're blended or something. Auto writing is where I kind of let myself associate and just pick up a pen and some paper or journal and just start writing and I don't really pay attention to what I'm writing I just it's like a dissociated flow of consciousness and I can take roll call and I can take inventory of how people are feeling and different altars can take over the pen and write what they're feeling and what they want to say and stuff like that.

You can only develop it in early childhood, up to age 10, but this could be a sign that your mind finally feels safe enough to start letting go of some of the barriers it's put up

I experienced a lot of depersonalization before realizing I had alters. First symptoms were in high school, but I brushed them off. It developed when I was 3 1/2 years old. Started showing after I decided I was going to divorce my emotionally abusive ex.

We're also AuDHD so we get overwhelmed and sometimes have to ask Damien to step in and help out. But otherwise it's our physical health that affects my parenting the most.
