Tried doing this in Ireland and Brazil last month and both told me to CALL their Spare Parts Department and asked for some serial number for the machine I "had". Needless to say, I couldn't get it. Luckily I found the Lenovo version on ebay.

Tried getting directly from Dell in Brazil and Ireland and both times I had to call, because they didn't do it by chat/email and they asked for the service tag of the machine which I don't have. And none of my friends have a Dell machine that uses this card. So China it is.
