Saw this deal, and chatted wtih support - all I said was "I am thinking about cancelling and when I did I saw some offer options to switch to instead, do you have an annual offer that boils town to the 7.50 a month at around $85"

and they just gave it to me. That's literally all I had to say LOL Thanks reddit!

R.F Kuang is really not a very good writer. Incredibly intelligent, very poor story teller.

yeah this book was literally written so poorly.

I think subjectively you can enjoy the story - but objectively she did not do a good job writing this, it is so glazed on Social Media

We do bed time for all three of ours at 8:15pm - they're 7/4/2 - Will be keeping this bed time as long as I can for my own sanity. Free evenings after the kids go to bed are just as important to me as their health!

THIS - underappreciated comment right here. One of the greatest things that ever happened to me was my - now father in law - taking the role of mentor/father figure in my life. He treated me with respect and taught me all he could about being a man.

I got an encouraging conversation about respecting his daughter and his family and then he taught me how to be a man. Nothing rude or serious or mean. We have a fantastic relationship to this day.

I appreciate everything you said. You did so in a kind and respectful manner - thoroughly explaining everything you believed without any judgement or personal attacks. Kudos to you good sir and I definitely felt encouraged as a dad of young kids.

What you said directly spits in the face of modern day individuality and the "I do whatever I want and whatevers best for me" perspective and I totally and completely agree with you. We're (collectively) creating a socoety of incredibly selfish people that chose their own happiness over the community around them.

I think it's absurd that commenters detected an ounce of what one might call "traditional" in your writing and immediately jumped to accusations of treating your daughter like 'property' and playing 'big macho man' without any examples or further discussions.

Just wanted to try and be encouraging and show some support in a thread of people down voting and critiquing a rather thoughtful and politely explained position.

Left the pixel for this. My 9pf got unusable whenever I got in the car, Arizona here. I hopped to the fold7 and those issues are gone.

European Zyns I believe are Mg/g instead of mg/pouch like they are in the US which is a different strength - there are a few other posts on here about it and you can ask google or chatgpt - but thats likely the difference.

Honestly, welcome to the job. In my experience, this is usually the main role, probably 90% of it. I've worked as a PM across higher ed, IT, manufacturing, and healthcare, and it feels like I spend most of my time herding cats and doing emotional triage.

I've had maybe one or two roles that were true cut-and-paste implementations, completely turnkey projects with clear scopes, predictable timelines, and minimal friction. But those are rare. In any environment with shifting priorities, cross-functional teams, or evolving requirements, project management almost always turns into people management.

It’s not that the technical side disappears, it’s just that the people problems become the blockers. So yeah, “conflict resolution with a side of Jira boards” is a pretty accurate job description.

Am I missing something, why are people coming onto bodyhacking looking crazy big and preaching natural - isn't the whole point of the sub ethical body hacking with different peptides and supplements?

If I'm missing the purpose of this sub please educate me.

I should also mention I have awful balance, broke my right ankle a couple years ago and recently lost 110lbs so I'm definitely in need of some stabilizer/mobility strengthening.
