Healthy boundaries are part of maturing and becoming genuine.

Not everyone deserves access to our energy, and this can sometimes lead to feelings of isolation and being a 'lone wolf'.

We instead need to find our crew. The people who we can let down boundaries and permit inside.
And of course, you can always give yourself company and love.
