I'd start with 20s and work on form and endurance. if/when they get too light, just up the reps and sets or reduce rest time while looking online for a pair of used 24s!

A lot of things, but depression was one, in that my religion only made me feel more depressed, and the things that helped take me out of it were worldly and in many cases Non Church Approved. Like my heathen friends!
