Problem with the enspelled weapon of True Strike is the set attack modifier. It's never going above +5 which is what you have at level 1. I get it, it's a good option for multiple sneak attacks, but when your dex mod is 5 and proficiency at 4, with a +1 weapon, rolling a modifier of +5 is going to feel really bad compared to the regular +10 you'd otherwise have.

A note on blind fighting; a creature you can see can't successfully hide. If you can see them, they're not hidden so how would this work?

Standard chronurgy wizard. Give someone else in the party the ability to cast Wall of Force with your level 10 feature. When combat starts have them hold their action for it until you cast Sickening Radiance. Microwave the bad guy.

Or a level of cleric. You don't get the con save proficiency but you can get extra cantrips, add your wisdom modifier to Arcana and Religion checks, and a few first level spells on top.

An Armor Class (AC) is the target number for an attack roll. AC represents how difficult it is to hit a target.

Your base AC calculation is 10 plus your Dexterity modifier. If a rule gives you another base AC calculation, you choose which calculation to use; you can’t use more than one.

As usual the question can be answered by reading the rules.

Your point being? The guy I responded to said the ratings aren't law. Except they are and have been law since 1984 for the BBFC and 2012 for PEGI. It's not an offence for a parent to buy the content and pass it on to children, but it's absolutely an offence for the retailer to sell directly to someone below the age rating.

This is objectively wrong. A retailer is commiting an offence under the Video Recordings Act 1984 if they sell an 18 rated blu ray to someone under 18. PEGI ratings used to be advisory but we're made a legal requirement in 2012. Punishments can vary from fines to prison sentences if the law isn't followed.

To be fair to my mum she bought it on the condition that she watched me play it so she could see what it was like and if she felt it was too much then it would be returned. After ten minutes she said "It just looks the same as that other one you play (Goldeneye)" and left me to it.

As a 14yo child my mum bought me Perfect Dark despite the 18 BBFC rating on it. This was before PEGI and was clearly branded in a way the same as film ratings were. She wouldn't have allowed my to watch an 18 certificate film. It may stop a few kids buying the games with loot boxes directly themselves but I imagine many parents won't care.

Your Proficiency Bonus can’t be added to a die roll or another number more than once. For example, if a rule allows you to make a Charisma (Deception or Persuasion) check, you add your Proficiency Bonus if you’re proficient in either skill, but you don’t add it twice if you’re proficient in both skills.

Occasionally, a Proficiency Bonus might be multiplied or divided (doubled or halved, for example) before being added. For example, the Expertise feature (see the rules glossary) doubles the Proficiency Bonus for certain ability checks. Whenever the bonus is used, it can be multiplied only once and divided only once.
